Law 1581 of 2012 data protection

In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, regulating Law 1581 of 2012, BSBP ® as the handler and controller of private data obtained through its different customer relationship channels; requests its users, and in general, any natural person who owns personal and/or sensitive data who has been a user of the services provided by BSBP®, authorization to continue processing their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policies for the treatment of said data, which are available for consultation.
The information and personal data provided to BSBP® may be processed, collected, stored, used, deleted, shared, updated, transmitted, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policies indicated above for procedures related to the contracted services as they are applicable, mainly to make possible the provision of its services, and in addition to use for administrative, commercial and advertising purposes and contact with the owners of the same.
In accordance with the procedures contained in Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, the Holders may exercise their rights to know, update, rectify and delete their personal data by sending their request to administracion@BSBP.com.co
From the date of receipt of this communication, the owners of the personal data will have a term of 30 business days to request their deletion, said request may be addressed to administracion@BSBP.com.co
The omission of the owner of the data to communicate his decision within the indicated term, will enable BSBP® to continue with the treatment of the data in accordance with the provisions of article 10 of decree 1377 of 2013.

In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, regulating Law 1581 of 2012, BSBP ® as the handler and controller of private data obtained through its different relationship channels with its suppliers; requests its users, and in general, any natural person holding personal and/or sensitive data who has been a BSBP® provider, authorization to continue processing their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policies for the processing of said data. , which are available for consultation.
The information and personal data provided to BSBP® may be processed, collected, stored, used, deleted, shared, updated, transmitted, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policies indicated above for procedures related to the contracted services as they are applicable, mainly to make possible the provision of its services, and in addition to use for administrative, commercial and advertising purposes and contact with the owners of the same.
